Description of Classes
Mat Pilates
Pilates is a system of exercise and movement that is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates integrates breath and movement with proper body mechanics to increase greater physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels.
Indoor Cycling (Spin Class)
Indoor cycling gives you forty-five minutes of calorie-burning cardio that will increase your endurance and build your confidence. With great music and a group atmosphere, your instructor will take you through hill climbs, sprints, and flat roads. The best part is that you control everything. From your speed and resistance to your intensity level, your workout can be as easy or as challenging as you make it. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!
Yoga
We offer various yoga classes with individual styles. Include, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Dynamic Flow yoga which links the breath to movement, and builds upper body & core strength while incorporating light stretching and holds.
Group RIP
A total body strength class that is challenging and dynamic. This high-intensity resistance workout with the use of the barbell will target all the muscle groups with a whopping 800+ repetitions building a strong, lean, body!
Zumba
Dance fitness with a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Zumba Toning
Zumba toning helps you focus on specific muscle groups. It enhances a sense of rhythm and coordination while toning target zones including arms, core, and lower body.
Functional Core Strength Training
This class will build strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility through activating the core muscles. Participants will move their bodies in different planes of motion while challenging their overall coordination, balance, and strength. All levels are welcome to attend as various abilities will be demonstrated.
Cardio and Strength Burn
This class will surprise each time with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Kickboxing, or Circuit Training. Participants will work up a good sweat, build strength, burn a lot of calories, and increase their metabolism. Each class will provide cardio activity, body weight exercises, and strength training.
Step & Sculpt
This class is a low-impact cardio and muscular endurance. You'll be utilizing steps and interacting with your core to execute a series of exercises to develop your strength and tone your body!
