Alyssa Tapia

Develops and coordinates a wide variety of advertising campaigns, publicity efforts, and programs/activities. Oversees and assists with media content and recruitment if necessary. Designs and edits promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and outreach documents for internal and external sources. Plans, attends, and represents the organization at special events.

Athletic Equipment Manager

Oversees the coordination of day-to-day sports activities and the maintenance of sports facilities. Establishes, maintains and reconciles equipment inventories and oversees the maintenance of all inventory records for the program.

Athletic Equipment - Aquatics Manager

Juan Terrazas

Oversees life and health safety requirements and procedures required by state and city laws and officials. Ensures life safety for all students, patrons, and staff on a daily basis by conducting chemistry testing on all bodies of water. Performs engineering and mechanical maintenance work related to industrial size equipment and clean/disinfects pools. Manages all size projects related to Aquatic venues. Oversees and coordinates the work of athletic equipment staff and students. Manages and coordinates equipment set ups.

Competitive Sports Coordinator

Matthew Ross

Oversees Intramural programming management including but not limited to: hiring, training and staffing IM managers, officials, and other student employees. Coordinates intramural sports, games, and tournaments. Additionally, manages Sport Club operations including advising student leaders, facilitating club development, and ensuring compliance with university policies, overseeing budgets and travel, and supporting risk management initiatives.
