Braun Cartwright
Responsible for the administrative oversight and management of NMSU University Recreation, including the James B. Delameter Activity Center and the Aquatic Center. Aligns University Recreation initiatives with the strategic goals of campus wide programs.
Michelle Mason
Responsible for day-to-day administration and policy management of Activity Center programming including but not limited to: budget management, policy compliance, and long-term planning. Directly supervises and oversees Activity Center operations.
Alyssa Rickard
Develops and coordinates a wide variety of advertising campaigns, publicity efforts, and programs/activities. Oversees and assists with media content and recruitment if necessary. Designs and edits promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and outreach documents for internal and external sources. Plans, attends, and represents the organization at special events. Manages the Group Fitness program and AggieFit memberships.
Cesar Rios
Oversees the coordination of day-to-day sports activities and the maintenance of sports facilities. Establishes, maintains and reconciles equipment inventories and oversees the maintenance of all inventory records for the program.
Allixandra Trujillo
Oversees activities and operations of Aquatic Center and aquatic programming including but not limited to training and scheduling of lifeguard staff, swim school staff and Aggie Outlaws swimming team. Also responsible for facility budget and scheduling use of the pool(s).
Juan Terrazas
Oversees life and health safety requirements and procedures required by state and city laws and officials. Ensures life safety for all students, patrons, and staff on a daily basis by conducting chemistry testing on all bodies of water. Performs engineering and mechanical maintenance work related to industrial size equipment and clean/disinfects pools. Manages all size projects related to Aquatic venues. Oversees and coordinates the work of athletic equipment staff and students. Manages and coordinates equipment set ups.
Matthew Ross
Oversees the management of Intramural Sports, Sport Clubs, and Outdoor Recreation programs, including hiring, training, and supervising student staff. Coordinates intramural leagues, tournaments, and special events that promote participation, sportsmanship, and student engagement. Advises Sport Clubs by supporting student leadership, organization development, travel, budgeting, and compliance with university policies. Oversees Outdoor Recreation operations, including the Bike Shop, Outdoor Center, equipment rentals, and outdoor adventure trips to provide safe and inclusive recreational experiences.
Erin Ersinghaus
Serves as a key leader within University Recreation's Outdoor Recreation program, overseeing the daily operations, safety, and development of the climbing wall and challenge course. Leads the low ropes program, facilitating group experiences for student organizations, classes, and incoming students. Maintains an engaging, safe, and inclusive environment through the supervision and training of staff and program development.
