Personal training is a service that helps people achieve their fitness goals by working with a certified fitness professional. Personal trainers can work with clients individually or in small groups. They combine that expertise with interpersonal and motivational skills to lead individuals and groups through exercise routines, while educating them on the most safe and effective ways to achieve and maintain personal fitness.
What does a personal trainer do?
- Assess a client's fitness level and goals
- Create personalized training programs
- Guide clients through workouts
- Teach proper exercise form
What can personal training help with?
- Weight loss
- Improving sports performance
- Managing health conditions
All participants must fill out the personal trainer questionnaire. Your first session will be one hour long. In the session it will be the first 20 minutes going over the form with the trainer, and the other 40 minutes will be for the trainer to see where you are with your fitness journey/goals.

Personal Training Questionnaire
Policies
- Late Policy: Instructors will only wait 15 minutes after a scheduled time for participants. After a 15 minute period, the session is considered canceled and the instructor is free to leave. Sessions that start late will still end at the scheduled time, barring extenuating circumstances.
- No Show Policy: If you do not show for the scheduled session with your trainer AND you do not give a cancellation or advance notice you forfeit your session.
- Refund Policy: All packages are non-refundable.
