NMSU’s Recreation Center enhances the NMSU experience by providing programs, services and facilities that promote healthy lifestyles, build community and enable student success. NMSU Rec Sports offers a variety of recreation, fitness and sport opportunities that include aquatics, intramurals, group fitness, personal training, outdoor and instructional classes.
Get involved and get AggieFit as full-time NMSU student, you are already a member of AggieFit. All full-time students who have paid the appropriate fees through their tuition have access to NMSU Rec Sports facilities by simply showing their NMSU ID card. Part-time students may utilize the facilities and programs by purchasing the membership for a fee of $40/semester.
Outdoor Leadership Program
The NMSU Outdoor Leadership Program is accepting applications!
The Outdoor Leadership Program is a comprehensive leadership training program designed to prepare students to take an active role in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating high quality outdoor recreation activities. Explore new places, meet new people, and learn skills in backpacking, climbing, and water activities!

To Apply: Submit a resume, cover letter, and application to room 230 of the Activity Center by February 5, 2015 at 5pm.

The NMSU Climbing Series is a collection of 6 competitions spread throughout the fall and spring semesters. Compete with other students or push yourself to new heights with boulder problems specially set for each competition!
