Trip Sign Ups

  • All trip sign ups are conducted at the Outdoor Center in room 108 of the Activity Center.
  • Deadlines for sign ups will be on the Tuesday before the trip at 5:30pm.
  • Only Full Time Students are eligible to participate in Outdoor Recreation trips.
  • Students may pay for trips by credit/debit card, or by check. (The Outdoor Center can only issue refunds to those paying by credit card.)

Pre-Trip Meetings

All trips will have a pre-trip meeting on the Tuesday prior to the trip at 5:30pm at the Outdoor Center. The pre-trip meeting is conducted to inform participants of necessary logistics, equipment, and activities associated with the trip, as well as allow participants to: meet trip leaders, meet other participants, and complete mandatory paperwork. All participants must fill out an Informed Consent Form and a Medical Information Form. If participants are unable to attend the pre-trip meeting, participants must set up other arrangements with the trip leader prior to the start of the trip.

*Outdoor Recreation reserves the right to cancel activities without sufficient enrollment or due to adverse weather conditions. No refunds for “no shows.”
