Free Equipment Orientation:
Feeling intimidated when it comes to using exercise equipment? This service includes a full orientation of all equipment located within the Activity Center’s weight room and cardio room.
Body Composition Analysis:
$5 students; $10 faculty/staff
A body composition analysis determines one’s relative fat mass compared to lean mass within their body. It is an important indicator for certain health risks caused by overweight conditions. It also aids as a benchmark for those beginning a weight reduction program.
$15 students; $25 faculty/staff
A fitness assessment entail a series of sub-maximal tests pertaining to one’s cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Test results are then compared to national norms, which will assist one in determining what areas of fitness they need to improve upon.
$10 students; $15 faculty/staff
Within this service, participants will acquire methods to balance their current dietary plan. Our “Food Processor” computer software will give you a detailed analysis and feedback towards your current diet conditions.
