Trip Sign Ups
All trip sign ups are conducted at the Outdoor Center in room 108 of the Activity Center. Deadlines for sign ups will be on the Wednesday before the trip at 5:30pm. Only full time students are eligible to participate in Outdoor Recreation trips. Students may pay for trips by cash, credit, or by check. (The Outdoor Center can only issue refunds to those paying by credit card.)
All trips will have a pre-trip meeting on the Wednesday prior to the trip at 5:30pm at the Outdoor Center. The pre-trip meeting is conducted to inform participants of necessary logistics, equipment, and activities associated with the trip, as well as allow participants to: meet trip leaders, meet other participants, and complete mandatory paperwork. All participants must fill out an Informed Consent Form and a Medical Information Form. If participants are unable to attend the pre-trip meeting, participants must set up other arrangements with the trip leader prior to the start of the trip.
