Pool Rental Form

 

  • University Sponsored Activity- Students Only
    • Regular Hours (non-exclusive use) NO FEE.
    • After hours Hourly base Rental Fee.
  • University Sponsored Sponsored Group- (Non-Student Participants)
    • Regular Hours (non-exclusive use) $5.00 a Day per Person.
    • After hours Hourly base Rental Fee.
  • Non-University Group
    • Regular Hours (non-exclusive use) $5.00 a Day per Person.
    • After hours Hourly base Rental Fee + $5.00 per Person.
Base Fee
Non-Profit Organization Indoor Pool: $115.00 per Hour
Outdoor Pool: $225.00 per Hour		 For-Profit Organization Indoor Pool: $200.00 per Hour
Outdoor Pool: $400.00 per Hour

All reservations/rental requests must be made 2 weeks prior to event.

ALL NMSU Student Groups (sanctioned) are Responsible for the following fees:

  • 10% of Event Income (if charging for event).
  • 0% of Event Income if Event is Free.
  • Facility Supervision: $15.00 per Hour per Staff *.

* Rates apply during CLOSED hours only.
